To measure the band size for the bra you'll fit into, take a measure strip and go around your rib cage just under the pectorals. Once you determine the look you want, determine the dimensions of form you need. You'll need to take into account any existing breast and your body type. The easiest way is to put on the bra you choose, then measure the void, including width, height, and protrusion of the void. Protrusion is the dimension from where the form touches your skin to the tip of the nipple. Then use the below chart to see what size is the closest match.
